Densitometer measurements are taken regularly throughout a print run to maintain consistent coating density across the web.

Data from these measurements are presented in chart or graph form to confirm process stability.

Quality inspections include the use of UPC code readers that meet ANSI standards, the highest in commercial use today.

In addition, we use a "black light" scan to ensure proper coverage of all coatings and varnishes
(not visible to the naked eye).
